1 cup fresh cooked white short-grain rice
2 tablespoons canned salmon
1/4 teaspoon roasted white sesame seeds
2 tablespoons minced parsley
Warm, salted water
Mix together rice, salmon, and sesame seeds in a small bowl with a spatula. Be careful not to overmix. Wet your hands in salt water and gently form a ball or triangle with a handful of the rice mixture. Be careful not to over squeeze (a little bit of air in the rice ball is important). Once complete, gently coat all sides with the minced parsley on all sides. Serve and enjoy.
